TRIGGER Mid-Term Workshop
“Transforming Research Institutions, Gendering Contents and Gaining Equality: a Half Way Reflection”
The Mid-term Workshop of the TRIGGER project will take place on the 14th April 2016 at the Birkbeck College, University of London. The meeting will be opened by Mr. Michele Palma, Director General of the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers and TRIGGER Project coordinator, who will highlight the general scope and content of the project.
The first session of the workshop will be devoted to the presentation of the mid-term TRIGGER experience, with the participation of Alice Hogan as Discussion Leader, as well as of the actions and results of the 5 Action Plans of the TRIGGER project.
The second session will then focus on negotiating institutional change with the leadership of research institutions. Jeanne Le Roux will be the chair and moderator of the discussions that will be aimed at setting the scene for institutional change.
Finally, the third session of the workshop will envisage discussions and dialogues on the practices and procedures which are necessary for an efficient implementing of institutional change, in order to define the way forward and the future steps in the long-term process of structural transformation.
